Sort the list alphabetically by Employee Name in ascending
order by completing the following steps:
Make sure there is no blank line between the column
headings and the actual list.
Delete the title of your list and bring your column
heading up to the first line.
Position your insertion point anywhere in the list.
Click Table, then Sort.
Under the My List Has, choose header row.
Click the Options button.
At the Sort Options dialog box, click Tabs in the
Separate fields at the section of the dialog box. Click OK.
At the Sort dialog box, click the down-pointing triangle
at the right side of the Sort by text box, then click Employee Name.
Click OK.
Save the document Prj17N.
Sort the list by Login Name in ascending order following
the steps above.
Save this list as Prj17L.
Sort the list numerically by Usage Time in ascending order.
Since these are numbers, you will have to choose number from the Sort by drop-down
list. Save this list Prj17T.
