Directions: Click on the story link below to read Jack and the Beanstalk. When you have finished reading it, click on the Bloom's taxonomy link to see the six levels of critical thinking skills and example of questions. When you are constructing your scavenger hunt in the next assignment, you want to write at least 40 percent of your questions in the top three taxonomy levels so this assignment is designed to help you see what these questions will look like.
Now that you have an idea what questions look like in each level, click on the Critical Thinking Skills Questions link below and save it to your folder. Open this worksheet in Microsoft Word. Your assignment is to determine what level each questions represents. When you have finished classifying each question, ask you teacher for the answer sheet in order to check your accuracy.
